You know you're from LA when....

While I was driving to work, The topic at KIIS is "You know you're from LA when...." and I cant help but laugh at some of it coz it's ACTUALLY true... here's an excerpt from Blogthings which I think Ryan Seacrest and Ellen K googled. All along, I thought it's their own ideas but it's not.. hmm.. isn't that cheating? =P

- You begin to "lie" to your friends about where you are i.e. "Yeah I'm like 20 minutes away", when you know that it'll take you at least an hour to get there. (I usually do this, I'm good in making excuses and "white" lies, but they always caught me... so I guess im no expert...)

- the pizza delivery guy also has a contract with WB.. (YEAH, most of them are good looking)

- peeps in the club have "butter face" (EEEwww.. I only went out clubbing 3x and I know it's not my thing..)

- A car chase will interrupt the TV show you're watching

- If your destination is more than 5 minutes away on foot, you're definitely driving. (Sometimes)

- Your car insurance costs as much as your house payment or apartment rent

- The gym is packed at 3 pm ... on a work day

- You're sitting in traffic for at least an hour at any given part of the day (This is pretty normal for me..I'm immune to it.. take 405 and you'll see...)

- You eat pineapple on pizza. (I LOVE THIS TOO, and my co-workers tell me I'm weird ...)

- You think that Venice is a beach. (Not anymore.. coz I live in Motor and Venice)

- You drive next to a Rolls Royce and don't notice. (It looks pretty normal for me and I've seen a lot better than that... like a few walk from my place is a Ferrari service center)

- You know that if you drive two miles in any direction you will find a McDonald's or a Starbucks (YEAH... but when you go to the valley, it's hard to find Starbucks)

- You know that not everyone in Beverly Hills is a millionaire. (but my boss is...)

- You go to the beach and see that real lifeguards actually do look like the lifeguards from Baywatch

- You classify new people you meet by their Area Code. An "818" would never date a "562" and anyone from "323" or "213" is ghetto/second class. Best area code: "310." (So I guess I am.. hehehe)
