I left LA last Friday at 6ish. It's the loooongest drive I've ever had. I was scared coz I drove alone and I can't contact anybody.. I think there's a bad connection to Cingular subscribers that day.. The 405 and 5 freeway is a nightmare. It took me 30mins to get off that freeway merge. Imagine.. my speed stayed at 5 MPH. I reached Bakersfield at 830ish, had some chit-chats, ate dinner, took a shower, set my alarm at 4am, checked my emails then slept.
Saturday, my alarm went crazy.. I snoozed it.. again and again.. I'm too lazy.. I'm not a morning person you know.. =P We left Bakersfield at 630 am. It's a 4hour drive to Monterey and the scenery is great except for the bad smell (cow poop) EEEeewwww.. Oh, we took BC (their dog) with us.. He is such a baby, but he is too big to be one. I like it whenever he goes between me and my aunt.. such a cutie.. We got hungry and ate the ensaymada and mamon I bought from Red Ribbon which is supposed to be served in Monterey.. oh well, our stomach can't wait any longer. We reached Monterey at 11ish. The place is beautiful... I cant help but take a lot of pictures..

All of my relatives came. It was fun to see them again. I think the last time we had a get together was last Christmas. Tito Tad brought their pug too and his name is Macho.. it's ironic coz he's too small.. I guess it's because he's an "alaskador" After lunch, we decided to go to downtown and walk the dogs. We didn't know it's 2 miles from the park. While we're walking, I got a call from Eric juz to let me know that Jon's in Monterey too.. but we weren't able to meet due to some circumstances. We left at around 7pm.

It was a long day and I got really tired. I slept on our way to San Francisco and when we reached my uncle's home, I went straight to the bathroom to take a shower.. Oh, I really need that.. my body aches and I can't move.. I'm supposed to meet Ollie that night to go clubbing but she's still at San Jose. So that's cancelled too, which is good coz I'm really not feeling well.. After a quick nap, I ate dinner (gatang shrimp.. yummy!! i loooove anything with shrimp) then watched French open (tennis).
