Wazzup?!

So what's going on lately?? Yesterday, we went shopping at Ikea and I got me a lamp for reading books and/or playing Nintendo DS and some stuff for the bathroom. I'd also want to get some ideas for the "game room" that we designed the other day. I'm very happy with the result but I know it lacks something. I wonder what it is.. This weekend we stayed most of the time at home... but the week before that was crazy... I didn't even have the time to update this blog =P

Sep 24 (Sat) - Went to LA County Fair in Pomona. We arrived at around 1pm just in time for lunch. There's a lot of good food to choose from but we decided to eat grilled pork and steak with french fries and coleslaw.. I noticed that they do "lechon baboy" too but it's doesn't look as good as what Filipinos does.. I want it crispy (refers to the skin).. YUMMY!!! I didn't go to any of the rides though coz it looks unsafe. What I liked about this fair is the "tiange". There's a lot of interesting stuff sold there.. but what really caught my attention is this tool used by dentists to clean ones teeth, with hook and all.. damn.. who's even gonna buy that??? =P There's a horse race going on too so we tried our luck even though we don't how to play or bet. We didn't win though.

Sep 25 (Sun) Went to Riverside for Tita Zita's Cursillo graduation then we went straight to Meng's apartment at Anaheim. It's our second visit since Andrew was born and they told us that we're Andrew's first guest. =) He's really tiny. Everyone's excited because he's the first grandson of Darwin's family. We had Chinese for dinner and we left at around 8ish.





On weekdays, it's all work or I'm talking to my mom. She arrived last Sep 23 and she'll soon be in LA after her tour in Canada with my aunts. My work is toooo boring for you but I'm currently working on two projects, calling our account managers everyday, fixing bugs on our website, etc. At home, I'm either watching TV or DS'ing. Oh, I've stopped playing Urbz coz it's really frustrating to play it. I got stuck in one of the mission and it sucks... hehehe I got the strategy guide and all but it's still not helpful... I'm now playing Trace Memory which is more interesting than Urbz. I hope I can finish this game. I still have Angel. We have a new puppy and I named her Chubby.. it's a Yorkshire Terrier... soo cute...I was able to do the "bark mode" too and I was able to unlock a German Shepherd. I had a REAL one before and her name is Whisper. Oh, she's one hella dog and she's very smart.. I personally thought her how to do the tricks but sometimes she's too playful that's why she was tied in front of our house... I really feel bad about it coz she can't move freely. Anyways, I can't wait to get another puppy in Nintendogs... but I need to win more contests so I won't get broke.. =P
